Fourth Graders Celebrate Ancient China Day

Today, fourth grade students celebrated Ancient China Day. The students dressed in Chinese garb, enjoyed a full buffet feast, and presented their own “museums” to their families and Kindergarteners. Each student’s Chinese museum featured projects the fourth graders had completed throughout their unit study of Ancient China. Projects included clay dragons and terracotta soldiers, tangrams, brush paintings, handwritten stories, and even PowerPoint and Animoto presentations on Chinese inventions.
