St. Anne’s-Belfield Holds First-Ever Short Play Festival

HS Short Play Festival

This afternoon, St. Anne’s-Belfield School held a performance to commemorate the close of the School’s first-ever High School Short Play Festival.  An offering new to STAB’s Summer Programs, the two-week intensive theatre camp allowed students to take classes in acting technique, voices, movement, staging, and scene-work as they were cast in and rehearsed short plays.  Today’s performance included Rumpelstiltskin by Rowena Bennett, Cockroaches by Stanislaw Witkiewicz, How to Write a Play by Peter Terson, and Jack Juggler, an anonymous play.
