On the first day back from the holiday break, Upper School students, faculty, and staff joined together to celebrate the grand opening of the Lee-DuVal Dining Hall. The entire Greenway Rise Campus community shared a meal together in the space to mark the occasion.

The celebratory luncheon featured remarks by the Director of Residential Life, Mr. Derek Svennungsen, and Residential Life student, Norman Ye ’15. After the brief remarks, those in attendance sang the School song “Raise We Our Voices,” as a way to dedicate the new space. Before the entire community enjoyed lunch together, Mr. Robert Clark, Director of Religious Life, gave a blessing for the meal and Dining Hall. The inaugural meal was prepared by Chef Trey Holt and his staff.
